Alrighty! So this will almost seem as if it were a cooking tutorial. However, be warned that since my family is Chinese, we don't use any measurements. We do everything my sight and taste, that's all. But I'll try my best to provide you with some measurements. As you read through this. I don't have like.. an exact recipe for this. Also, this amount was more than enough for my mom and I.

This is mainly what you'll need, just with no measurements:
- tomatoes
- ginger
- beef
- ketchup
- water
- cornstarch
- sugar & salt
- eggs

So here is about 6 smaller tomatoes, and some ginger. My mom just smashed the ginger so yea.

Beat two eggs in a bowl.
Put a bit of oil in your skillet...

And let the oil heat up first.

Pour the eggs into the pan...
Then when the bottom is about done, you flip it!

After it is done, take it out!

WITHOUT adding anymore oil to your pan, put in the amount of beef you think would go well with the amount of tomatoes you have. This beef has already been marinated, and it fit well into the size of a medium ziploc bag.

When it's about 80% cooked, just put them into a plate because you WILL be putting them into the frying pan again later on.

Alright, so once that is done, throw in ginger then after about 30 seconds, put the tomatoes in.

I missed the picture for this, but my mom added in a cup of water. Then she added in 5 tsp. of sugar, and 1 tsp. of salt. But just season it your liking. This dish is usually sweeter.
Yay! Ketchup. Add it to your own liking. With the amount of tomatoes we had, we put in about a 2 tbsp. of ketchup. Then just let the tomatoes slowly boil.
Meanwhile... with the egg you made earlier, slice it up into long thin slices.

After a few minutes, the tomatoes and ketchup will have turned everything a bright red. Or in the picture's case, orange. Anyways, once it looks sort of like that...

Add in the beef you had made earlier.

Here, my mom is just adding some cornstarch-water mixture to make the sauce a bit thicker.
Lastly, you add in the slices of cooked egg!
We always eat this with rice, so I can' really imagine eating it with anything else. Enjoy!
That was probably one of the worst tutorials you have ever seen, right? But if you have any questions about it, just ask. There will probably be more of these, (without measurements) so if you actually like them then look forward to that.

P.S. This is mainly for myself so I actually remember how to make this stuff.
